VERIFICATION LIST

Please read the following:

Glenda and Amy will be sending a verification list to each of you 4 times per year. The first list was provided at the initial interlocal inservice. The list is students assigned to you. It is likely the list will not be fully accurate. You should make notes in the verifications column of the list for students you no longer have. You should add students you do have who are not on your list. Please identify the grade and exceptionality of the students. You should make brief notes as to the reason for the change. You should make a copy of the list for yourself and send the updated list to Glenda or Amy. They maintain a notebook of verification lists by teacher.

The list sent to you is generated from the LEAMIS system we use for state reporting. It is different than WebKIDSS. You should continue to add/delete from the WK list and do appropriate TIP pages. We hope at some point in the future the state reporting and WK reporting systems will be merged. Until then, you will have 2 lists to do.

When Mr. Coltrane or I ask for a list of your students, we are asking for your verification list not your WebKIDSS list.

The LEAMIS list is the list Mr. Coltrane and I use to determine with a reasonable degree of accuracy who and how many students you have. If you gain or lose several students before the next quarterly reporting date, you should submit a new verification list to Glenda or Amy.

No other lists for reporting student caseloads are required.
