Reminder - Timely Notice Required

Ten Day Notice is required when inviting parents to an IEP meeting regarding their child.
Other providers serving the child you expect to attend the meeting should be given the same notice.
Related services providers have high caseloads, workloads, and travel time. To accommodate meetings they must have ample time to schedule or make arrangements for an excusal.
Anything less than notice equal to parent notice time is not sufficient. Please look at the providers on your IEPs in detail to determine who must attend a meeting and contact them with with timely notice when you are having annual reviews.
