Communications Council Notes
Next Meeting Nov. 6

The first meeting of the year for the Interlocal #637 Communications Council was held on September 24. Agenda items include the CISL (Center for Innovative School Leadership) Study Data Results, Changes in the Negotiated Agreement, the new 2008-09 Council member list, and items from Becky Bedene and Vicki Couch, Co-SKIEA Presidents. Monthly Board agendas posted on the website, a more user-friendly Website, and the organization of the Forms on Webkidss were also included as items for discussion. An update of the Professional Development Committee procedures and procedures for handling of transfer student records were provided.
The next meeting of the Communication Council will be on November 6 at the Interlocal Office. Items for discussion should be submitted to Sheena Parks by October 28. sparks@girard248.org
Schedule of meetings for the remainder of the year is as follows:
December 3, Feb. 25, April 5, and May 20. Agenda items should be submitted to Sheena 10 days in advance of the meeting
