Find a binder, that will fit all your visuals. On the front of the binder, create a table of contents for staff to quickly see if visuals are available for a certain game.
Have dividers to divide the different visual support, this allows staff to quickly find visuals and to know which are available and what ones might already be taken out.
Behind the tab have the visual supports with a cover sheet, that describe the game, gives examples, rules to play along with a picture of the visual support.
When printing and creating the visual supports below, you will want to print TWO copies of the visual supports.
1. Laminate both copies
2. Cut up one copy
3. The cut up copy, Velcro to the other copy.
